Carry Iron (Mainz)
The Porte of Iron (in German Eisenturm ) to Mainz is a tower and carries medieval rampart . Today, the tower receives and is used various initiatives as visual Arts and associations of place for exposures of Artiste.
The building was a granting then a prison, in the vicinity immadiate of the market to iron. With the Turn of Wood and the Tour of Alexandre it is one of the three turns of the rampart of Mainz which remain today.
