Carnival of Basle
The Carnaval of Basle takes place each year with Basle in Suisse. It begins Monday following the Ash Wednesday to 4:00 of the morning with the Morgestraich (or Morgenstreich ), a procession of lanterns. The festivities last 72 hours exactly and finish Thursday with 4:00. clicks S saunter in the streets of the city, invade the pints and the trade. During the carnival the fifres and drum S resound in all the town of Basle and this for the pleasure of all the local population as to the tourists who come there in mass.
The schnizelbank is one of major attractions of this carnival. The schnitzelbanks are poems satirical but amusing on the errors of the political directors or economic of the area.
