BiographíeAfter a license in right obtained to the University of Seville, Carmen Cerdeira becomes lawyer. But, it quickly leaves this profession to be devoted fully to the policy.
Maria del Carmen Cerdeira was confronted, like deputy government, with the events of the revolt of the immigrant in October 1995, with Ceuta, close to the Murallas Reales del Ángulo , one of the monuments symbolic systems of the city, which showed tens of wounded and the death of a national policeman, killed by ball.
