Carlos Prats
Carlos Prats González (1915 - 1974) is the general-in-chief of the Chilean armies of 1970 to 1973 pennies the presidency of Salvador Allende. Assassinated within the framework of the Operation Condor, Michael Townley and Manuel Will counter, the chief of the DINED, are the principal defendants of the murder, clerk in Buenos Aires in 1974.
