Carlos Holguín Sardi

Carlos Holguín Sardi (born the September 16th 1940 with Cali, Colombia), is a Colombian Politician . Justice and Minister of Interior Department since 2006. Member of the Conservative party.

He was Minister of Transport of 1974 with 1976.
