Carlos Checa

Carlos Checa , born the October 15th 1972 with Sant Fruitos, is a Spanish pilot of Speed motor bike

Beginning on the circuit from the Grands Prix speed in 1993 in 125 cm and 250 cm, it owes its passage with the queen category in 1995 with the wound of its compatriot Alberto Puig, surprising the plate by its rapid adaptation which leads it to almost a victory with Barcelona.

It gains its first victory the following year in Barcelona. Always running for Honda, it gains its second victory in 1998 in Spain before undergoing a serious wound with Donnington at the time of the Grand Prix of Great Britain.

Income at the end of the season, it joined the following year max Biaggi at Yamaha. It is often close to gaining victories but fails by falls.

It runs one season near Valentino Rossi before signing at Ducati for the season 2005. During the intersaison, it failed not to find a motor bike after the withdrawal of the team of Sito Pons. It finds finally refuge in the team Tech 3 for whom it will control Yamaha.
