Carlo Stagnaro

Carlo Stagnaro (born in 1977 with Sestri Levante, in the Province of Genoa, in Ligurie, Italy -) is an Italian engineer. He directs the department of Ecology of market of the Institute Bruno Leoni of Turin.

Biography

Carlo Stagnaro is Fellow of the International Council for Capital Formation (a think tank of Brussels charged to promote the reforms of market in Europe) and International Policy Network (a think liberal tank of London). It is also Research Fellow of the CERM (Rome), an independent research center which deals with the analysis of the reform processes of the economic institutions. Since 2002 he is the coordinator of the Scientific committee of the international Center “Maona” (Genes).

In June 2006 it presented its last research on the relationship between the European agricultural policy and the “total warming” during the Sixth International Conference on the environmental problems organized to the university of Aix-Marseilles.
