Carlo Rustichelli
Carlo Rustichelli (born the December 24th 1916 close to Modena, dead the November 13rd 2004) was a type-setter Italy N.
He studied the Piano and the composition in Academia Filarmonica of Bologna then to the Academy of Holy-Cecile of Rome, and started to work for the opera and the theater, then for the Cinéma in 1939. This activity was its center of principal interest only at the end of the years 1940, when the realizer Pietro Germi chooses it for the majority of his films. He was consequently regarded as a intarrissable source of musics, having composed nearly 400 film musics. At the end of its life, Rustichelli was an important and very liked figure musical life of its country. IT composed for realizers like Billy Wilder ( Avanti! ), Pier Paolo Pasolini ( Mamma Roma ) and Mario Dribbled ( Frusta E It Corpo ), in all the kinds (Péplum S, westerns spaghetti, comedies…)
