Carlo Petrini
Carlo Petrini , born the June 22nd 1949 with Bra, is a Journaliste and gastronomical Critique Italian, graduate of sociology. He directs Slow Food since 1989.
Carlo Petrini was quoted among the European heroes of the year 2004 by the drafting of the European edition of Time Magazine.
In October 2004, it launched Terra Madre, meets world feeder communities, which brought together in Turin 5.000 producers of 150 countries of the whole world.
