Carlo Boscarato was born on May 9th, 1926. It makes its beginnings in 1948 with an episode of Jim Brady for the editor AVE . It then starts a long collaboration with the magazine It Vittorioso which will be completed only in 1967.

• 1953 to 1959: it carries out some bands as well as caricatures for Lo Scolaro .
• 1967 to 1968: it makes a short incursion with the Studio Roy Of friend where it will draw Dickson, controlled della Granda Guerra . From this period, one can read in France Denis the paladin appeared in " Special Hero of Aventures" N°4 with Renata de Barba with the scenario.

From 1968: he works for the Messagero dei Raggazzi . He will remain there until 1975.

• 1970: he draws Bruno Stark ” with Mario Basari with the scenario.

He finally turns to He Giornalino where he will create Giorgio Reli , the humorous series Nico & Pepo , Nessuno with Paola Ferrarini, but especially Larry Yuma in collaboration with the scenario writer Claudio Nizzi. A series which one finds in small size at My Newspaper.

• 1979: it adapts the island to the treasure and Oliver Twist with same Nizzi.

Draftsman of a great fidelity, Boscarato will work for It Giornalino until his death on June 12th, 1987.
