Carl von Ossietzky
Carl von Ossietzky (1889 - 1938), Intellectual Pacifist, published large the Hebdomadaire Die Weltbühne ( the World scene ) since 1927. In 1931, it had been condemned to one year of prison for “high treason” to have published information on the clandestine Réarmement of the Germany. Hitler had made it transfer in a Concentration camp. In 1936, it accepted the Nobel Prize of peace for the year 1935, but the government Nazi prohibits to him to go in Norway. In 1938, it died of the Tuberculose.
