Carl Neumann

Carl Gottfried Neumann (May 7th 1832 with Königsberg - March 27th 1925 with Leipzig) is a German Mathématicien .
He worked in particular on the principle of Dirichlet and was one of the pioneers of the theory of the integral equations.
With Alfred Clebsch, it founded the Mathematische Annalen , a mathematical review.
It also gave its name to the Boundary conditions of Neumann for some differential equations or partial derivative equations.
