Carl Men-Ky Ching
Carl Men Ky Ching is since 1988 member of the Executive committee of FIBA, he was a player and trainer before being elected president of the Federation of basketball of Hongkong. By connecting its five mandates with the presidency of the FABA, it succeeded in making Basket-ball the first sport of the Asia which attracts today more than 3 billion amateurs.
