Cargo of Titanic

The RMS Titanic was a Transatlantic liner Britannique of the White Star Line, built in 1911 and having as home port Liverpool. The cargo

The Titanic transported produced S emanating from Entreprise S which exported with the the United States, these Entreprise S were trustful in the image of Sécurité coming from the Navire. Strange, rare or invaluable goods

Many goods transported by the Titanic remain still unknown because good number of objects were not declared with the companies of Assurance or the White Star Line. Moreover if the owners died in the Naufrage, they did not ask allowances; and if no testimony makes share of it, these objects will remain unknown. Among these parts " insolites" , here are some:

4 safes were on the Navire, a steward of living room of 1 class stated to have seen transferring the contents from the trunks in bags, but they were never embarked on a boat.

An assistant storekeeper declared, many years to have later transhipped bars of Or and Argent in an armor-plated hold. The transfers of Argent between Banque S were declared like Courrier and not like goods. None of these Ingot S forever found.

More the strong demand of compensation was formulated by Charlotte Cardeza, owner of 14 trunks, 4 bags and 3 cases. She asked 177 352,75 $ for the loss of her luggage.

The July 26th 1916, justice put an end to the procedures of compensation, it granted only 663.000 $ out of the 16.804.113 $ claimed.
