Cardinal Jean-Guy
Jean-Guy Cardinal (March 10th, 1925 with Montreal - March 16th, 1979 with Quebec) was a notary and a politician Québécois. He was member of the Legislative council of Quebec (1967 - 1968), unionistic Député of Bagot (1968 - 1973) and Député pequist of Prévost (1976 - 1979).
Biography
August 1st October 31st, 1967, Cardinal is named to advise legislative division of Rougemont. He resigns of the Legislative council to present itself appointed National union in Bagot at the time of the by-election of December 4th, 1968. He becomes Minister for Education in the government of Daniel Johnson. He in particular presented the Loi 63 in Room.temporary Prime Minister of Quebec from December 11th, 1968 to January 20th, 1969, candidate demolishes with the cheffery of the National union, it until May 12th, 1970 preserves its wallet of minister under the Gouvernement Jean-Jacques Bertrand. Re-elected appointed in 1970, it is beaten with the elections of 1973.
With the elections of 1976, it becomes appointed of Prévost for the Parti Québécois and is vice-president of the National Assembly of Quebec until her death.
