Caral

The April 27th 2001 the magazine Science announces with the whole world the discovery in Peru of a city which has between 4000 and 4600 years: the age of the more American old city, and one of oldest in the world, since former to Egyptian civilization (the Pyramide of Khufu was built between 2600 and 2480 av. JC) was revealed by Roseau X hidden in imposing pyramids.

Description

The site of Caral , named village incorrectly nearest, is in fact a site of a group by including/understanding 17 and would have sheltered the first American civilization between 2627 and 2100 years before Jesus-Christ.

The local population of then is estimated between 5 and 10.000 inhabitants divided on a small score of sites (18 indexed on this date of which Caral, Miraya, Lurihuasi, Pueblo Nuevo, Era de Pando, Allpacoto, Peñico, El Molino, Piedra Parada, Aspero, Chupacigarro, Huacache, Cerro Blanco, Cerro Colorado, Jaiva, Pando, Liman and Capilla) which is distributed on both sides Rio Supe (Right Bank and left) and are distant from/to each other of approximately 2km.

Pyramids

With the top of banks of Rio Supe, on a surface of 65.000 square meters draw up six pyramids testifying to this culture former to the INCA S.

To determine the age of these high structures of stone, Ruth Shady Solis and its colleagues dated with radiocarbon… from the reeds. The workmen who built the pyramids, indeed, transported the rocks of the river to the building site in bags of reeds (mow Chicras). But, rather than to empty their bag, they threw it with its contents in the pyramid. Good indicators of the time, left intact by the dry time of the Peru.

The pyramids, surrounded by several houses, themselves are placed around a great public place. Provided with a staircase, these pyramids are not pointed like those of Egypt: they end in a flat stage where are some parts and a hearth. The major pyramid, it, with the size of four grounds of Football and the amphitheater which is in its medium can contain several hundreds of people. These great structures of stone - the most imposing pyramid rises with 18 meters and has a base of 150 by 160 meters - shake a current idea: that the Civilization S initially appeared on the coasts.

The assumption of the “City-Mother”

She could be this “City-Mother” sought so much by the archeologists. Indeed, civilizations emerged only in six places in the world: Egypt, Mésopotamie, India, China, Peru and Central America. In these places, the families linked themselves to pass from small groups to organized and hierarchical groups, centered on the Religion. Why? to discover it the Archéologue S must discover a “City-mother”, first stage towards civilization as such.

In old civilizations, one sees vestiges of wars, Bas-relief S, Arme S, etc which make think that civilization rose only with the liking of the wars. Caral proves the opposite to us: no proof of war. Musical instruments, manufactured containing bone of Pelican S and Condor, as from the elements making think that this civilization used Drogue S, perhaps even from the Aphrodisiaque S. Of research of Doctor Shady Solis arise the following conclusions: that the inhabitants of the city of Caral would have lived under peace.

Caral, discovered in 1905, remained little explored because it concealed neither potteries nor but, and has still many things to surely reveal.
