Capodastre

A capodastre is a grip used for to transpose the handle of a String instrument without touching with the Accordage but while being limited to a smaller part of the handle. The cord S are plated against the handle (like in the case of one “barred”). The length with vacuum of the cords becomes shorter, one obtains sounds thus more acute S.

The use of the capodastre to different height S changes the perception of the sleeve of the guitar for the Musicien, which offers new prospects to the Compositeur S, which very usually employ it.
