Caper plant
The common caper plant or thorny caper plant, is a Arbrisseau the Mediterranean N of the family of the Capparacées, cultivated for its floral buttons which, crystallized in the Vinaigre, give the Câpre S. When they are let go to maturity, the buttons give a fruit, the Capron, also used in kitchen.
Scientific name: Capparis spinosa L., family of the Capparacées, subfamily of the Capparoideae .
