Canton of Mans-City-Is

The canton of Mans-City-Is is a administrative division French located in the department of the the Sarthe and the area Pays of the Loire.

Geography

This urban canton is limited by the Huisne starting from the factory of water then by the Paris-Nantes railway to the bridge of the Sarthe and finally by the the Sarthe of the bridge of railroad to its confluence with Huisne (Gold Sands).

It is composed of the districts Fine sand-Is, Fine sand-West, Jaurès, Miroir, Southern Gare and Gold Sands.

History

Pierre Rouzière was named honorary General adviser of the canton by order of the prefect of the January 7th 2003.
