Canton of Malesherbes
The canton of Malesherbes is a French administrative division department of the Loiret.
The canton of Malesherbes was attached, since 1800 (an VIII), with the District of Pithiviers. The recutting of the districts intervened in 1926 removed this district and attached three of its cantons, of which the canton of Malesherbes, with the Arrondissement of Orleans. The new cutting of 1942 recreated the district of Pithiviers in the state where it was before 1926.
