By-election of 2006

May 22nd, 2006, the Prefect of Eure-et-Loir dislocated Jacques Morland of his mandates, this one having seen his appeal in cassassion rejected on May 18th, his judgment at three years of ineligibility implying that it is outgoing of office of his mandates in progress (mayor of Lucé and general adviser of Eure-et-Loir (canton of Lucé)). A by-election will thus take place to since then provide the mandate with general adviser vacant.

Dates: 1st turn: July 2nd; 2nd turn: July 9th.
