History
Jules-Ferdinand Baulard, workman in mirror manufacture (1827 - 1910), is elected in 1881 then re-elected in 1887 at the General advice of the the Seine as a representative of the canton of Charenton-the-Bridge. He will be elected appointed radical and layman in 1889, 1893 and 1898 in the 2nd district of Sceaux (the Seine), which corresponds to most of current the the Valley-of-Marne.
