Cantharellaceae

The cantharellacées are a family of Champignons (order of the Cantharellales) which includes/understands only two kinds:

  • Cantharellus
  • Craterellus

Cantharellacées are characterized by their form out of cut with drinking (Greek Kantharos ) and by a Hyménium having not blades but of simple folds at the chantarelles and even a quasi-smooth surface at the craterelles ones. All cantharellacées are edible .
