Mill
- the mill Fanchon , restored recently (and after ten years of efforts and steps) thanks to the dynamism of the Association of Safeguard of the Inheritance of Candas , is opened to the public to which not only explanations on the mechanism are proposed, the movement of the wings and the grinding stones, but also of the demonstrations of production of flour.
The mill had ceased turning in 1923, with dead of the last miller, Louis Fanchon (who had acquired it in 1882). Before the beginning of work of handing-over in value of the site, the accesses were invaded of greenery, the round tower (private of its roof and of course of the wings, etc) still remained but itself was covered with grass and shrubs.
