Campobello

Campobello is a parish of the county of Charlotte, located at the south-west of the New Brunswick.

History

The US president Franklin D. Roosevelt resided at it of many times during its youth, the family house of summer being in the parish.

According to the census of Statistical Canada, it there had 1195 inhabitants in 2001, compared to 1305 in 1996, that is to say a fall of 8,4%. The parish counts 600 private residences, has a surface of 39,60km square and a Population density of 30,2 inhabitants to the square km.
