Camille Notches

Camille-Eugene Michel Notches , born the January 10th 1851 with Paris and deceased the July 18th 1941 with Paris, was a Avoué Normand, knight of the Légion of honor, officer of the State education, city council man of Dieppe of 1892 with 1896 and of 1898 with 1919, Maire of the Ville of Dieppe of the December 3rd 1898 with the September 21st 1910.

Family origins

Camille Coche was the son of Paul Coche, a police chief of the Navy, and the grandson of Charles Coche, acknowledged with Paris, secretary-general of the Ministry for Justice in 1836 when Jean-Charles Persil was Minister of Justice. Camille Coche was also the back grandson of the founder of the “Logographe”, ancestor of the Official journal.
