Call of July 10th, 1940

LAppel of July 10th, 1940 is a text of the French Communist party (PCF), entitled " Populate of France" , written in the neighborhoods of on July 15th, 1940, written by Jacques Duclos, signed Thorez-Duclos and distributed as from at the end of July 1940.

History
