Caldeirada
The Caldeirada is a Portuguese fish soup single in its kind, but coincidentally rather similar to the Bouillabaisse. This one is made up of needles of sea, of Congre, Calamar S and as Palourde S. It is been used with potatoes pulps.
Caldeirada can be made up of more than thirty species different of fish.
