Cake with yoghourt with apples

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 1 Yoghourt ( to keep the pot like measures " 6 pots of flour… " )

  • 6 pots of Flour (or 3 pots of flour and 3 pots of maizena)
  • 2 sugar pots
  • 1 ½ pot of Groundnut oil
  • 2 cuil. with soup of Rum
  • 1 ½ sachet of Brewers' yeast
  • 2 Apple S
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 square mould
  • a little flour and melted butter for the end

Preparation

  • Put yoghourt in a salad bowl, add sugar. Mix

  • Ajoutez then the flour, the whole eggs, oil and rum mix. Work well the paste which must be without Grumeaux
  • Ajoutez finally the yeast powder and the apples.
  • Butter the mould of everywhere and powder with flour butter. Remove the surplus of flour. Add the preparation
  • Mettez at the furnace has 200-220° during 40 minutes
  • Démoulez, let cool. Be useful with jam or English cream.
