Cake with yoghourt

The cake with the yoghourt is a Gâteau culturally associated to the infants.

Ingredients

Preparation

You can use one to mix or a whip and a salad bowl.

Pour yoghourt in the container.

You serve as yoghourt like batcher and add:

  • 3 pots of flour (or 2)
  • 1 sugar pot
  • 3 eggs (or 2)
  • the brewers' yeast sachet
  • 1/2 oil pot
  • 1 spoon with rum soup (not-obligatory)

Mix the whole in order to obtain a uniform and smooth paste.

Pour the paste in a buttered cake pan.

Make cook with the furnace with 160-180°C during 40 minutes.

Plant the point of a knife in the cake; if it arises with paste stuck above, you can give it to cook 10-20 minutes.

Alternatives

You can replace a pot of flour by a pot of powder of almond or of hazel nut, they is delicious. One can also replace sugar by honey while dividing by two quantity.

You can double the quantities if there is more world to nourish, but take a larger mould.

You can add Fruit S (Pomme S, Poire S, Abricot S…) in the paste before cooking, that makes it possible to make a cake with the fruits very easily (Gâteau with yoghourt with the apples).

To make a cake with the Chocolate, insert chocolate powder (for hot chocolates): 6 small spoons for 1 amount of cake

It is also possible to make a cake salted by adding olives, ham, cheese grates, of fine grasses… That then becomes a salted cake, ideal for the Pique-nique.

In short, let go your imagination to create cakes in all kinds (chocolate nuggets, Miel…)
