Cake with pink cookies

" cookies roses" are a speciality of the town of Rheims

Ingredients

  • 190 G sweetens

  • 60 G butters softened (or fleurier)
  • 4 eggs whole
  • 120 G powders almonds
  • 125 G pink cookies powders some or approximately 16 cookies crushed with the rolling pin
  • 1 package of brewers' yeast

Preparation

  • To mix sugar and butter.

  • To add eggs 1 to 1.
  • To work lengthily with the whip (electric preferably).
  • To add the almond powder, the pink cookies powders some and the yeast.
  • To pour the paste in a mould with missed buttered or better the bottom covered with greaseproof paper.
  • To cook 30 min with 150°C revolving heat on an electric furnace.
  • To cook 35 min with 6 for a furnace with gas.
  • a delight with a bottle of champagne for the amateurs.
