Cake with pink cookies
" cookies roses" are a speciality of the town of Rheims
Ingredients

190 G sweetens
- 60 G butters softened (or fleurier)
- 4 eggs whole
- 120 G powders almonds
- 125 G pink cookies powders some or approximately 16 cookies crushed with the rolling pin
- 1 package of brewers' yeast
Preparation

To mix sugar and butter.
- To add eggs 1 to 1.
- To work lengthily with the whip (electric preferably).
- To add the almond powder, the pink cookies powders some and the yeast.
- To pour the paste in a mould with missed buttered or better the bottom covered with greaseproof paper.
- To cook 30 min with 150°C revolving heat on an electric furnace.
- To cook 35 min with 6 for a furnace with gas.
- a delight with a bottle of champagne for the amateurs.
