Cake with pink cookies

" cookies roses" are a speciality of the town of Rheims

Ingredients

190 G sweetens
60 G butters softened (or fleurier)
4 eggs whole
120 G powders almonds
125 G pink cookies powders some or approximately 16 cookies crushed with the rolling pin
1 package of brewers' yeast

Preparation

To mix sugar and butter.
To add eggs 1 to 1.
To work lengthily with the whip (electric preferably).
To add the almond powder, the pink cookies powders some and the yeast.
To pour the paste in a mould with missed buttered or better the bottom covered with greaseproof paper.
To cook 30 min with 150°C revolving heat on an electric furnace.
To cook 35 min with 6 for a furnace with gas.
a delight with a bottle of champagne for the amateurs.
