  • 1988 : Cadbury Schweppes acquires the company Poulain, synonymous with tradition (created in 1848)

  • 1994: Cadbury Schweppes acquires Bouquet of Gold.
  • 1995: Creation of Cadbury France. The new business gathers the entities “Poulain” and “Bouquet of Gold”
  • 1998: Acquisition of the the Magpie Which Sings.
  • 2000: Acquisition of Hollywood.
  • 2002: The new entity Cadbury France is created. It gathers the ex-companies Cadbury France, the Magpie which Chante and Hollywood.
