Cabrerets
Cabrerets is a common French, located in the department of the Lot and the area the Midday-Pyrenees.
The village of Cabrerets owes its name with the etymological root pulls up , which means goat in Langue of oc.
Geography
With the Confluent of the Sagne and That, the village niche with the foot of cliff of Rochecourbe, immense wall in overhang, to which the ruins of a medieval Château are hung.

History
The high cliff in overhang of Rochecourbe dominates the village and carries on its vertical the ruins of a “castle of the English”, known as also " castle of the diable" , hung with a cornice.Still equipped with a tower and a mullioned window, it was mentioned in an act of 1259 and was initially with the Moyen-âge the residence of the lords of Barasc.
During the War One hundred Year old, it fell in 1380 to the hands from the large companies to the service from the English from Aquitaine, from where its name.
Ten years later, Jean d' Hébrard, Lord of Saint-Sulpice, took it again, disencumbered of them the Brigand S and demolished it.

- Downstream from Cabrerets, dominating the road of 25 m, the castle, with a terrace at balustrade and an interior court, flanked of a gross tower of angle.
