Caazapá
Caazapá is a small town and a district of the Paraguay, capital of the Département of Caazapá.
Founded in 1607 by a monk franciscain, the city is located at 155 m of altitude, its latitude being of 26° 8 ' South and its longitude of 56° 23 ' West.
The name of the city would come from an expression guaranie, Steam Generator Ka' aguy jehasapa , meaning beyond the forest .
Caazapá is populated approximately 3.500 inhabitants.
