CD4 (Cluster off differentiation 4) is a Glycoprotéine which are expressed on the surface of the cells CD4+, regulating cells T and some dendritic cells. On the lymphocytes T, CD4 is the Co-receiver TCR, its D1 fragment sticks to the β2 field molecules of CMH of class 2.
