CACI
International CACI, Inc is a private military Société founded in 1962 with its head office with the the United States.
In the beginning solution provider data processing, the company evolved/moved until providing various services to the armies as well as a service of interrogations.
Its employees were related to the abuses in the prison of Abu Ghraib in Iraq in 2003 and 2004.
Officially, according to the dires of the representatives of the company, the three people related to CACI having taken part in the inhuman acts of Abu Ghraib would have left the company in 2004.
In 2004, this company was quoted (like Titan Corp, another SMP under contract with the US government, belonging now to L-3 Communications) in the business of the attacks with the human rights, tortures and Sc) defects on the prisoners of Abu Ghraib.
The employees Joe Ryan and Steven Stephanowicz were questioned during the investigation (the " Taguba report").
According to a recent report/ratio of the army, interrogative of the CACI said: " Fact a false witness with the team of investigation in connection with the hiring of its interrogations, the activities during the interrogations and its knowledge of the maltreatment and tortures pratiquées."
Later, the investigators discovered that interrogative CACI encouraged the military police force to terrorize the prisoners, and " … knew clearly that its instructions (orders? The hierarchical relationship between the army and the smp does not seem apparently yet clearly defined) meant the application of maltreatment physiques."
