César Campinchi

César Campinchi is a lawyer and statesman French of the beginning of the 20th century (May 4th 1882 - February 22nd 1941).

He was president of the General association of the students of Paris.

Member of the Left radical socialist, appointed of Corsica of 1932 to 1940

He exerted the functions of Minister of Justice and with, inter alia achievements, presented in 1937 the Campinchi Proposal concerning the right and the protection of the minors.

He married the girl of Adolphe Landry, Helene, itself lawyer. Mission leader near François de Menthon, it chairs the commission which ends to the drafting of the ordinance of February 2nd, 1945 relating to delinquent childhood thus materializing the proposal of her husband.

Gaston Monnerville was one of its collaborator close relations.
