Céphalexine

The céphalexine is a Céphalosporine of first generation, also effective against the majority of the Microbe S positive Gram S. Cependant, its effectiveness can from time to time be compromised by the activity of the Pénicillinase. A cross sensitivity with Pénicilline S occurs ata rate from 5 to 8%.

This Médicament is contra-indicated if the patient is allergic to penicillin or if it already had a serious reaction. Usual proportioning is of four catches per day, 250 Mg or 500 Mg, during one week; the céphalexine is inexpensive since it is available génériquement.
