Célestine Galli-Groom

Célestine Galli-Groom (November 1840 with Paris - September 22nd 1905 with Vence) is famous a French Mezzo-soprano.

Born Married Célestine from Isle , his father Felix Married Patron of Isle, is itself a famous tenor. She married a sculptor named Galli. She made her beginnings with Strasbourg, then sang with Toulouse, before being committed by Emile Perrin with the Op3era Comique in 1862.

She triumphed in 1866 in the Op3era Comique in the role titrates Mignon of Ambroise Thomas. In 1875, always in the Op3era Comique, it created Carmen of Georges Bizet.
