Célestin Marcotte
Célestin Marcotte is a priest Québécois born with Montreal the November 14th 1915.
It founded in 1965 the Camp Saint-Charles for the young people of Limoilou.
Currently co-ordinating of Collaboration International Health , organization that it founded with Quebec and which provides drugs in 74 countries in the process of development.
