Bydel
A bydel is an administrative division Norwegian and Danish. Copenhagen is divided into fifteen bydele , Bergen in eight bydeler . In an entirely urban kommune like Oslo or Copenhagen they are simple districts, in a rural kommune as Bergen they are small villages gathered in a unit bearing the name of a large village or a city. They can have their own administration or be simply a unit of the central administration of the Kommune as it is the case with Bergen since 2004.
