Buzău (river)

The Buzău is a river of the Romania Eastern, tributary of the Siret which is born in the Carpates. Its overall length is of 325 km. Its source is in the South-east of Capates, in the east of Braşov. It sécoule globelemnt towards the east; passing in the town of Buzău. Buzău crosses the Judeţ de Braşov, Judeţ de Covasna, Judeţ de Buzău and the Judeţ de Brăila. It is thrown in the Siret meadows of its junction with the the Danube in the west of Galaţi.

Buzău with for affluents the Bâsca Roziliei, the Slănic, the Nehoiu and the Nişcov.
