A butchery is a store where one cuts out and sells to Viande animals for slaughter, generally Bœuf, Veau, Mouton. Its manager is a Artisan, the Boucher. The term indicates also the trade of the meat. The front of butcheries was painted in red blood. The meat of Porc is sold in the Charcuterie S, and the Abat S, sometimes, in Triperie S
