With Bussière-on-Ouche, as in many villages of Burgundy, splendid houses, even castles/abbeys are. The Abbaye of Bussière was founded in 1131 by Etienne Harding, English 3rd abbot of Cîteaux. The buildings were restored to create a Castle hotel of luxury, member of the network Relais & Chateaux, in a park of 7 hectares. The Abbaye received its first star with the Guide Michelin 2007.
