Business man

A business man or businesswoman , in opposition to a tallies, is a person who built a business firm through work and without necessarily having a formation in the management of the businesses (it is the case of the coil-made men ).

One uses sometimes the term of Entrepreneur , which returns to the idea of launching a company or undertaking an activity.

A business man also appoints an investor taking and reselling important participations in companies with dimensions. Carried out through a Holding, this technique aims, generally, at influencing decision making in the target company.
