Bus Bill
Proposed in 1967 by Pierre Elliott Trudeau and adopted the May 14th 1969, the “Bill bus” is a bill considered as precursor of the Charte of the rights and freedoms of the person seeks to adapt the law to the new values of Quebec and Canada of the time.
It caused many debates members, in particular by his decriminalisation of the act homosexual (between two agreeing individuals 21 years and more) and made it possible homosexual to be affirmed like homosexual without undergoing discrimination.
The “bus Bill” also touched with the abortion, the lotteries, the firearms and control with weakened faculties.
