Origin

The Gunner would have as a name Benjamin Pointdexter, but it was already called Leonard.

According to its clean dires, it would have been born in Bronx and would have lived until its 10 years with a brother and a violent father, whom it would have killed by causing a fire. Placed in a family, he became a champion of baseball, but was banished competitions after having killed a player at the time of a match.

Its gifts pointed out it by the NSA and he became an operative assassin with the Nicaragua. He started to play a double-play, while launching out in smuggling, but the Punisher prevented some. The Gunner flees when the forces of the DEA arrived. However, it was delivered to the authorities and accepted for mission of infiltrating the organized crime of NYC, and the network of Caid, with a new costume. In fact, its goal was to find his/her father, having survived the fire, and locked up in the same secret complex. It killed it.

It escaped to launch out in a career solo.

He faced several times Daredevil. He developed a brain tumor, which made it insane and paranoiac.

Imprisoned, he managed to escape to realize that its owner Caid had engaged a new assassin, Elektra. Jealous, he stabbed it with his clean sai. Insane Daredevil of pain faced it and let it be crushed since a roof, leaving it paralyzed.

Capacities

It is not really a super-capacity, but the Gunner has a true gift for the throw of objects, thanks to a perfect coordination of the eyes and hands, transforming any projectile into weapon mortal. That it is a knife, a chart to be played, a pin, its precision and its fire power are phenomenal. Two of its teeth are factitious, and it used them on several occasions as projectiles.
After a fall, the broken spinal column of the Gunner was replaced by a prosthesis in Adamantium. Its skeleton is thus far from sensitive to the fractures of any kind.
It is a born killer, expert in armament, assassination and spinning mill. It was involved in several forms of martial arts.
Its condition physical is worthy of that of an Olympic athlete
