In the not computerized libraries, the bulletinage is done on a card hard-bound by title. The whole of the cards constitutes the Kardex , which is a horizontal sorter. When the function bulletinage is computerized, one makes the same operation with a management software of library. The regularity of the bulletinage is very important, in order to be able to quickly place the new numbers at the disposal them readers and to be able to start again the editor S for the missing numbers.
