Building
In its direction running, a real is a form of modern building which ensures of the functions residential, political, administrative or economic.
The structure of the building always includes/understands several stages. The Residential building is different from the Maison, which includes/understands one hearth. The term of Appartement is often used to indicate one of them. The Skyscraper, an important height, are a particular type of building.
To the legal direction, the real term is opposed to Meuble), and has a more general direction: The building constitutes a category of goods gathering mainly all that cannot be moved (ground, tree, apartment, led,…). In France, the real estate values are juridically defined in articles 517 to 526 of the Civil code.
One distinguishes the Residential building and the office building .
