Bugs Bunny

Bugs Bunny is a character of Cartoon states-unien created by several draftsmen of which Ben Hardaway. It appeared for the first time at the screen in Porky' S Hare Hunt (1938) of Ben Hardaway and Cal Dalton. He became the character whom we know today under the feather of Tex Avery in Wild Hare (1940), produced by Chuck Jones. At was the origin, it to be called Happy Rabbit but, according to the suggestion of White Mel (the original voice of Bugs Bunny, author of the traditional sentence Ehh, What' S up Doc.? i.e. What is nine doctor?), he was baptized like his creator Ben Hardaway, whose nickname was Bugs . As from 1962, Bugs appeared in 159 films and gained even a Oscar for Knightly Knight Bugs (1958). It is an emblematic figure of the Warner Bros.. In French version, it was Guy Piérauld which ensured the voice of Bugs Bunny.

History

Bugs Bunny is a rabbit gray with the human postures which spends its time nibbling carrots, to dig the ground and to be played of its enemies! Its genius holds owing to the fact that it is able always to muddle its adversary and to escape to him even if for that it must thwart the natural laws, because he is the Master of his cartoon. It is the absurd side of Bugs Bunny, as to draw a door in a wall and then to open it, which makes it unforgettable. Its enemies (or accomplices): Elmer Fudd the Hunting ur, Sam the Pirate, Marvin the Martian, Daffy Duck and occasionally, Cheap Coyote.

Its famous sentence fetish is: “What is nine, doctor? ” (“in Eh, what' S up, Doc.? ” in English).

Bugs Bunny was classified number 1 among the 50 best characters of cartoon in a signal 50 American. It has a star on the Walk off Famed. In 1997, it is the first Toon represented on a postage stamp of the United States.

Although usually the Porky Pig which brought to the cartoons Warner Bros an end with its stammering, “That' S all, folks! ”, Bugs appears from time to time by a drum like Porky, but chewing a carrot and saying with its accent of Bronx-Brooklyn, “And dat' S of end! ”.
